Rated Selection
Det 845 did very well again in this year's pilot, navigator and ABM selection (100% selected, 5 pilot, 3 ABM, and 2 pilot alternates)--congratulations to all! Last year’s pilot alternates were selected for pilot school. We look forward to this year's ENJJPT board and outstanding results again!
Room and Board Grants
TCU offers room and board grants to Air Force ROTC scholarship winners attending TCU. These grants cover the majority of room and board costs. Students must have a 1750 minimum SAT score to qualify.
Scholarships
Air Force ROTC has a variety of financial incentives that can relieve the expense of earning an education. Programs are tailored to meet the needs of high school students, current college students, and individuals presently serving on Air Force active duty in the enlisted ranks.

Enlisted Commissioning
Air Force ROTC has several programs to help you earn your commission. AECP, ASCP, SOAR, POC-ERP, we can help with them all. Click here for more information. Det 845 has many prior-enlisted cadets (and even some still active duty) using these programs NOW. Don't qualify for one of those enlisted programs? Call us to hear how AFROTC might still be an option for you!
Alumni
Due to limitations beyond our control, this site is unable to host the very popular alumni directory. An alumni member has hosted a group, to serve the alumni. We encourage all alumni to stay in contact with the detachment, however possible, and be involved in our activities. If you'll be in the area, please contact us to arrange a visit.
Degree Plans
A blank Form 48 can be found in the main office at the detachment. While it includes instructions, call us if you have any questions on completing it, 817.257.7461.
